Hero I-League club Rajasthan United FC is all set to complete the signing of Gambian attacker Solomon King Kanform on a season-long deal, Halfway Football can exclusively confirm.
“Solomon King Kanform will join the Indian club Rajasthan United FC. Agreement in place,” a source informed Halfway Football.
The 25-year-old Kanform has been playing for Bangladeshi club Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi in the Bangladesh Premier League since 2017. He has 78 goal contributions in 95 appearances for the club, including 8 goals and 9 assists in the 2021-22 season. He won the Golden Boot for the 2017-18 season of the Bangladesh Premier League by netting 15 goals.
Kanform is a pacey and skillful winger who can also play as a striker. He is known for his dribbling ability and his ability to create chances for his teammates. He joined Gambian side Falcons FC on January 2023.
Rajasthan United FC is currently in the market finalizing their foreign contingents as well as scouting young players to bolster their domestic squad. Under the guidance of Pushpender Kundu, the club would be looking forward to bouncing back & secure the best position in the upcoming season.
